
Transmasculine Training Series: Beginner Full Body Workout Routine
This is the first of a series of AFFIRMING, ACCESSIBLE & AFFORDABLE workout Plans specific to the transmasculine trainer and anyone who seeks to align with masculinized aesthetics.
This is a bodybuilding program designed for the beginner trainer with 1 year or less weight lifting experience.
This workout routine can also be performed at home. I offer a few options for each exercise in the plan.
As far as equipment: you will need a pair of dumbbells or resistance band and possibly a weight bench.
