Decolonizing Fitness offers FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the United States via USPS.
What do I need to know before ordering?
Please keep in mind that all printing & shipping of orders is currently performed by one person. All merch is shipped in the order that it is received & based on inventory.
Many shirts are custom made to order. Please allow 4-12 weeks (sometimes longer) for orders to be processed, printed, and shipped. All shipments receive tracking-numbers and are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once orders are shipped and tracking numbers are issued via email Decolonizing Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (including labels not scanned by USPS).
**You will be notified via email (only if you have a valid email on file) if your order is unable to be fullfilled. If your order is unable to be fulfilled you will receive a full refund.
Due to the potential of lengthy shipping times please DO NOT choose a temporary address for your orders to be shipped to. I will ALWAYS use the shipping address designated at the time of purchase unless you specify otherwise BEFORE YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED.

Returned packages will be refunded or can be re shipped for a reshipping fee of $10 paid by the customer.
Packages that are returned to headquarters due to a incorrect shipping address will incur the reshipping fee of $10 USD.
Decolonizing Fitness is not responsible for shipping delays.
Why does shipping take so long?
Shipping depends on inventory, as all items are printed to order. Some orders will take less than the 4-12 week time frame. However, please allow sufficient time for orders to be processed, packaged, and shipped if necessary. Decolonizing Fitness is currently a small black trans owned operation run solely by Ilya. Just know that we are working hard to expedite the shipping process!
All profits made from merchandise goes into a community fund that helps Ilya provide free/sliding scale services for clients, support community projects and compensate folks who provide assistance. Therefore, your flexibility and support is greatly appreciated!
What if I need my order sooner?
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org to ask about rush orders. Please place "RUSH ORDER" in the subject line of the email. Additional fees will apply. Rush orders are not guaranteed, but I will do my best to accommodate clients with time-sensitive requests.
How may I check the status of my order?
Please ONLY inquire about the status of your order if 12 weeks or more has passed since your order was placed. Email: email@example.com anytime! No question is too small. Please allow two (2) business days for a response to your inquiry.
Depending on your country, your order may go through customs. Customs fees will be charged once your package reaches the destination country. Customers will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your package from customs.
Please note, the grand total of your order displayed at checkout does not include any of the fees mentioned above. If any of these additional fees/duties are required, you will be informed by the carrier prior to delivery. Decolonizing Fitness has no control over customs fees and/or policies.
Failure to pay customs fees will result in your parcel being returned back to Decolonizing Fitness. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Return/Exchange Policy for Apparel
If you’d like to initiate a return/exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of receiving your package. Include your full name and order number in your email inquiry. All returns/exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
I do not cover shipping costs for any returns/exchanges at this time.
All shipping costs are non-refundable
I will only accept a returned garment in it’s original, undamaged condition.
I do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.
Return/Exchange Policy on Coaching Programs, Ebooks and any Online Material
All sales are final. If, for some reason, you do not receive your online material in your email within 24 hours, please email: email@example.com along with your full name and order number.
I do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
