FAQs SHIPPING & RETURNS
Decolonizing Fitness offers worldwide shipping via USPS. All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-30 business days *It DOES NOT matter which shipping option you choose OR what state you live in.*
Due to the lengthy shipping times please do NOT choose a temporary address for your orders to be shipped to. I will ALWAYS use the shipping address you listed at time of purchase unless you specify otherwise BEFORE YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED.
I am currently a one person crew and many of my shirts are created custom to order. Please understand that there is no expedited shipping available at this time.
USPS tracking numbers will be provided when items are shipped. If you would like a detailed update once your parcel is in transit, please contact USPS directly for further assistance.
Decolonizing Fitness is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Customers will be responsible for filing all claims with USPS.
Depending on your country, your order may go through customs. Customs fees will be charged once your package reaches the destination country. Customers will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your package from customs.
Please note, the grand total of your order displayed at checkout does not include any of the fees mentioned above. If any of these additional fees/duties are required, you will be informed by the carrier prior to delivery. Decolonizing Fitness has no control over customs fees and/or policies.
Failure to pay customs fees will result in your parcel being returned back to Decolonizing Fitness. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Return/Exchange Policy for Apparel
If you’d like to initiate a return/exchange, please email email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your package. Include your full name and order number in your email inquiry. All returns/exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
I do not cover shipping costs for any returns/exchanges at this time.
All shipping costs are non-refundable
I will only accept a returned garment in it’s original, undamaged condition.
I do not offer exchanges on out of stock items.
Return/Exchange Policy on Coaching Programs, Ebooks and any Online Material
All sales are final. If, for some reason, you do not receive your online material in your email within 24 hours, please email firstname.lastname@example.org along with your full name and order number.
I do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
